Admission Coordinator – Kidzonia Credence International School

Job Brief
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to join our team. As an Admission Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process and ensuring that all applicants are provided with accurate information and support throughout the process. You will work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure that the admissions process runs smoothly and efficiently.


  • Coordinate and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment
  • Review and evaluate applications for admission, including academic transcripts, test scores, and letters of recommendation
  • Provide accurate information to prospective students and their families about the admissions process, academic programs, and campus life
  • Work closely with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals and support the school’s mission
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant information and admissions decisions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and campus tours for prospective students and their families
  • Manage and respond to admissions inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Participate in recruitment events and activities to promote the school and attract new students
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management


  • At least 2 years of experience as Admission Coordinator
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with educational programs and admissions processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in admissions or enrollment management preferred
