Outdoor games Indoor games Athletics Vocal Music Instrumental Music Dancing Visual Arts Crafts Creative Writing Debating & Elocution Quizzing Dramatics Community Service Adventure Activities Yoga Others Consent I agree to the privacy policy.Parent Undertaking I (Father/ Mother/ Guardian), declare and agree to abide by the following:- 1. That the school management reserves the right to change, at anytime, any of the rules and regulations of the school, including those pertaining to the admission and withdrawal of students. 2. INCLUSION POLICY Kidzonia Credence International School supports INCLUSION as a practice to provide ‘special support and related services’ to a child with ‘special needs’ in the regular classroom. We spend a great deal of time and energy in investigating the variables that make inclusive educational endeavours work in the best possible way. “Inclusion” means that all students are entitled to equal opportunities provided by the school. The Counsellor/ Special Educator in cooperation with the class teacher is involved in early identification and informal assessment of learning / behavioural difficulties. The Counsellor may recommend formal assessment, which needs to be submitted within a month of the parent being informed. Based on observations and reports, the Counsellor/ Special Educator recommends whether the child would benefit from being included in the classroom with, or without, assistance. The recommendation is made on the basis of whether the inclusion would require the specialized and personal interaction of a teacher. In such a case it alters the balance of the child: teacher ratio for the remaining children in the class. If the need for a special teacher is felt then the parents need to provide the special teacher within a month. The cost of the special teacher will be borne by the parents besides the school fees. In absence of the special teacher a substitute needs to be provided by the parent or the teacher. The child's attendance during the absence of the special teacher depends on the severity of the case and the effect on the smooth functioning of the classroom. The centre supervisor and in-house counsellor will communicate the decision to the parents. The parent/ guardian needs to meet the counsellor as and when required to discuss the child's progress. At the end of the year the management and the counsellor will analyze the child's performance. If the child has been unable to cope, the decision would be communicated to the parent/ guardian. The child would then be advised to move to a level better suited to his/her capabilities. In case of behavioural issues where it is felt that the child's behaviour is detrimental to other children the centre management in consultation with the central office would take a decision regarding the child (i.e. whether the child is allowed to attend school or not). At times when a child is unable to perform in accordance with the class level and the current conceptual understanding is one or two grade lower than expected at his grade, the school would recommend after-school paid support for the child. The focus of these sessions will be to develop the child's conceptual understanding of age appropriate concepts. The cost of the support programme will be borne by the parents. The aim of the after school support programme is to enable the child in performing at his grade level. These sessions will be conducted only after school. If the informal assessment of our Counsellor/ Special Educator recommends any further action by way of a formal assessment or additional attention, we request that you cooperate with us in every possible way . 3. FEES That once my ward is selected for admission, I shall be responsible for the regular and timely payment of school fees and other dues, as fixed and changed from time to time by the school failing which I will be liable to make the late payment fine as prescribed by the school. The school reserves the right to strike off the name of my ward fromthe rolls and/or stop him/ her from taking the examination on account of non-payment of fees and other dues. I further understand that there will be no refund of fees if my ward is withdrawn from the school for whatsoever reason. In case my ward is withdrawn in the middle of an academic year, for whatsoever reason, I will have to pay the full fees for the entire academic year. 4. ATTENDANCE All students are expected to have a minimum of 75% attendance at all grades for promotion to the next class. 5.
