Mrs. Nilofer Shaikh our co-founder, is an Educationist, a Teacher, a Motivator, a Leader and a Mother all rolled into one. With experience in early childhood education & the expertise of the Montessori method, she started Kidzonia International School with the sole aim of converting holistic learning into a reality. Her mission is to build a solid and comprehensive foundation for young kids for their lifelong learning and well-being. Her vision of amalgamating Indian values with the competence of Montessori methods of Preschool education is what makes her an impactful leader in Preschool Education.

The calm and composed Chairman of Kidzonia International Group of Preschools, has been the guiding force and the backbone of the institution. With his experience of more than 7 years in the field of Education & 20 years in the field of Business, his management skills, and pleasant demeanor has helped the organization to reach where it is today. Through Kidzonia International Preschools he aspires to create and build a solid foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.
