Nilofer Shaikh
Nilofer Shaikh is an educationist, a teacher, a motivator, and a mother all rolled into one. She is an inspiration to her students. She started Kidzonia International School with the goal of making holistic learning a reality so that students could build a strong and wide foundation for learning and well-being for the rest of their lives. Her background includes experience in early childhood education and competence in the Montessori method. Since its inception, her vision of combining unpretentious Indian values with the competence of the Montessori method of preschool education has come a long way.

Shahid Shaikh
The steady and calm Chairman of the Kidzonia International Group of Preschools has been a guiding force and a cornerstone of the organization since the beginning. His management skills and pleasant demeanor have been instrumental in helping the organization grow to the point where it is today. He has more than 20 years of experience in the business world and more than 7 years of experience working in the field of education. Through the Kidzonia International Preschool, he hopes to establish a strong basis for the health and happiness of children throughout their entire lives.

Abhishek Doshi
He is a Certified Public Accountant who is also a dedicated educator, mentor, and the very best person to help students learn. In the realm of construction and redevelopment, he is an extremely important figure in terms of the financial decisions and ideal business choices that must be made. He wants to make and build a place where learning can happen and where people can find answers and ask questions.

Sudhir Kukreja
The director of KCIS, who has been in the job for 18 years and is friendly and passionate, has been leading the team toward the future education system with his goal-oriented mind and driving force. His plan to digitally transform education is based on his excitement about the growth of technology and his desire to see it used more effectively in educational settings.

Rajeev Kothari
One of the calm and devoted KCIS family members is the company's CEO. He has 13 years of experience and knowledge in many different areas of education. He uses this to improve the quality of teaching at KCIS by coming up with ways to help students learn new information faster. He makes an effort each and every day to accomplish his goal.

I personally believe that an education system that develops the imagination of the child and helps them learn through experiences is richer than the one that does not. Through carefully crafted experiences, children tend to learn to co-relate things and boost their imagination. It is this experience where new ideas are created and progress becomes possible. Saima
Academic Manager
An independent trainer and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in the education sector, Saima Haque has worked in both pre-primary and primary schools with international schools in the UAE. She has held the position of kindergarten head in both short-term and long-term training programs, where she makes a lot of efforts to provide top academic results. She has a Master’s degree in psychology and has worked as a certified phonics trainer and a Montessori trainer. This has given her a lot of skills. She has experience with a specialization in child and parental behavior management from the “Al Jalila Foundation“ at the British University of Dubai.

Sravani
Pre-Primary Academic Head
Sravani, a dedicated Pre-Primary Academic Head with over 10 years of experience, provides a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. With a degree in Early Childhood Education, she leads hands-on learning sessions for teachers, writes Pre-Primary books, and oversees curriculum implementation across India. She works with her team to provide individualized attention and support to each child, prioritizing their health and development with compassion and love. She collaborates with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive learning community and is in charge of the curriculum and teachers to ensure the best for kids.

Rajasekhar
Mathematics Head
Mr. Rajasekhar is a highly experienced mathematics teacher with over 25 years of expertise in teaching. He has worked with the curricula of various education boards, including ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, and state boards. Additionally, he has served as Vice Principal at both Heritage Valley The Indian School and Sherwood Public School. As a specialist in developing mathematics curricula for MathLab grades KG to 10, Mr. Rajasekhar has authored several CBSE iBooks for primary grades published by Edify Publications Hyderabad. He has also worked as a Senior Academician at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, where he created content for Next Math Books Grade 1 to 8 and conducted over 100 workshops across India.

Dr. Parimala Srinivasan
Academic Director
Dr.Parimala Srinivasan has done her doctorate in English literature with a specialization in Indian writing in English poetry. She has been an English teacher for over three decades and an eduleader for two decades. She has been the chairperson of the Sahodaya group for 6 consecutive years and has headed various committees of Cbse. After heading Central India Academy one of the best institutions in Dewas for 19 years, she is currently the academic director of Faith Foundation Global School, Dewas & an academic advisor to a no of schools in Dewas. She has won the SANDIPANI award for best Principal, the Vidyarti Vikas Parishad Award for best Principal, and the women achievers award by Dewas Nagar Nigam.

Renu Nair
Academic Head - Pune
Renu Nair, our English Head with over 15 years of rich experience in Teaching, Administration, and Student Management. She has held the position of Primary, Middle, and Secondary Head with reputed schools. With a Master’s degree in Sociology, Renu has worked as an in–house trainer for teacher-related training. She is proficient in handling administrative activities entailing student-parent relationships and upholding the institution’s motto. Renu is highly skilled at bringing a challenging and innovative teaching/learning atmosphere, which empowers the active learner. She is an effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills, making her a valuable asset to any educational institution.
